NABS Affiliate Program Agreement

Welcome to the NABS Global Sdn Bhd Affiliate Program. We're excited to partner with you to help grow the community around cycling and outdoor sports gear through www.notabikeshop.cc.

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions that apply when you choose to participate in our affiliate program. By registering you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

1. Definitions

NABS Global:

Refers to NABS Global Sdn Bhd, the owner and operator of www.notabikeshop.cc.

Affiliate / You:

Refers to an individual or entity who registers and agrees to promote the products available on www.notabikeshop.cc under the terms of this agreement.

Affiliate Program:

Refers to the official affiliate initiative by NABS Global, enabling approved partners to promote products and earn commissions based on successful referrals.

Products:

Refers to cycling-related items, accessories, gadgets, and other merchandise sold on www.notabikeshop.cc.

2. Responsibilities and Obligations

2.1 Responsibilities of NABS Global

• NABS Global is responsible for maintaining product availability, pricing structures, and handling order fulfillment.
• We will provide tracking tools, affiliate links, and promotional assets to assist you in promoting the Products.

2.2 Responsibilities of the Affiliate

By joining the program, you agree to:

• Promote only products listed on www.notabikeshop.cc using the provided links and materials.
• Ensure that your promotional efforts are honest, respectful, and in accordance with Malaysian law and general internet ethics.
• Avoid misrepresenting your relationship with NABS Global. You are not allowed to present yourself as an official representative, agent, or distributor unless expressly permitted in writing.
• Not offer unauthorized discounts, commission-sharing, or free gifts that alter the perceived pricing of the products.

2.3 Prohibited Content & Conduct

Affiliates must not promote using:

• Misleading claims, hate speech, discrimination, or unlawful content;
• Any association with gambling, counterfeit products, pornography, violence, or politically sensitive material;
• Spam messages via email, SMS, social platforms, or public forums;
• Unauthorized paid ads using NABS Global brand keywords (e.g., bidding on Google Ads using our store name);
• Coupon sites or third-party eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Amazon) without written consent.

Violations may result in withheld commissions, termination from the program, or legal action.

3. Promotions and Commissions

• Commissions are earned when a customer completes a purchase on www.notabikeshop.cc via your unique affiliate link or promo code.
• Commission is calculated based on the final transaction amount, excluding shipping fees, taxes, or any refunded/cancelled orders.
• Orders using unauthorized promo codes, duplicate accounts, or invalid affiliate practices are ineligible for commission.
• Any disputes regarding commissions must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date with evidence (e.g., screenshots, URL proof).

NABS Global reserves the right to change the commission structure with prior notice via email or dashboard update.

4. Intellectual Property

• Affiliates may not register domain names, social media accounts, or campaigns that include “Not A Bike Shop”, “NABS Global”, or variations thereof, unless approved in writing.
• You may use our promotional assets (banners, logos, product images) provided by NABS Global for marketing, but not alter or misuse them.
• Any creative content you develop must not infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks. You are solely responsible for such materials.

5. Termination and Amendment

• Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.
• NABS Global reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation if you breach any terms or engage in unethical behavior.
• We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation implies acceptance of the latest terms.

6. Confidentiality

Any non-public information shared with you (such as internal performance data or promotional plans) must be kept confidential unless otherwise permitted in writing.

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be settled under Malaysian jurisdiction.
