Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

• Please note that the following items are non-refundable:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Items marked as non-returnable in the product description

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

How to Initiate a Return

Include the following information in your email:

• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photos (if applicable) to support your return request

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

Inspection & Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email once your return is processed.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note:

• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
• If the return is rejected due to non-compliance with the eligibility criteria, the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
